Sargeant Planning's founding Director has established an enviable reputation for making things happen. His peers and clients, and the government agencies he works with, recognise the knowledge and skills Boyd has gathered over the 30 years he has been in the industry. He's been responsible for large scale city and community master plans through to detailed urban revitalisation projects and strategies. Boyd’s experience is valued by long-standing clients, as it is backed by extensive knowledge of development processes and design outcomes from across Australia. Cameron McKean

As an experienced planner in both New South Wales and Queensland, Cameron provides valuable assistance and guidance in managing your development proposal. Cameron commenced his career in the Coffs Harbour and mid-north coast local government areas, preparing and coordinating planning applications. Now with additional experience across multiple planning schemes and local government areas in south-east and northern Queensland, Cameron finds the performance-based approach to development provides flexibility in determining appropriate development outcomes.

Jack Curran

Jack is a skilled planning professional with extensive experience with local government in New South Wales. With expertise in development assessment and regulatory frameworks, he provides practical and effective planning solutions. As a Town Planner with Tweed Shire Council, Jack managed a diverse range of projects across residential, industrial and commercial sectors. Now with additional experience across South-East Queensland planning schemes, Jack’s knowledge ensures well-balanced development and design outcomes for clients.

Principal Planner

Rochelle Barclay

Rochelle is a qualified Urban Planner with over 13 years of experience in project management, development assessment and development consulting in New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia. Her experience includes development for infrastructure, commercial, residential, and industrial land uses. Rochelle also manages applications for approvals and licenses across other State and Federal legislative requirements. Rochelle provides sought after planning advice and manages a project portfolio with teams across as many as 15 different disciplines. She is completing a Bachelor of Laws with Honours - inspired by Planning and Environment Law.
