Land Court of Queensland accreditation

Director Boyd Sargeant has recently been registered by the Land Court of Queensland (Dispute Resolution Branch) as an Accredited Mediator and Panel Member.
Following completion of the final examinations required by the Queensland Land Court, Boyd Sargeant has been endorsed as a qualified mediator.
Mediation with the Queensland Land Court is an informal dispute settlement process convened by a trained third party (mediator) to help them reach their own solution without the need for a court hearing.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) includes a variety of methods outside of court proceedings which can result in a binding or non-binding agreement to resolve a legal problem.
